Our tubes are the perfect solution—making them ideal for any application and a wide range of industries. Whether you need them to protect your long goods during shipping or as winding cores for the production of your roll-form materials, we manufacture tube products that are precisely tailored to your specific needs. We guarantee the highest quality and fast delivery.
In addition to cardboard tubes, tube rings, and shipping tubes, our product portfolio also includes quarter-shell and half-shell tubes. Furthermore, our spiral-wound tube products are made from 100% recycled paper, meaning they can be easily disposed of with your regular paper recycling.
Shipping tubes
Shipping tubes are the classic, tried-and-true way to package and ship your products quickly, securely, and affordably. Our shipping tubes, custom-made for you, are ideal for packaging and shipping long items (molding, profiles, etc.) and cylindrical goods. They also provide excellent protection for your marketing materials, drawings, and other rollable items that must not be creased.
The matching plastic (white PE) lids are included separately with your order or, upon request, pre-attached on one side.
Cardboard tubes
We provide the right cardboard core for every type of material to be wound. After all, a core must be able to withstand the specific stresses placed on it by the material being wound. Our cores are used for all types of web-like materials, such as paper, films, textiles, fleece fabrics, labels, and metals.
Our rigid paper tubes are also ideal for specialized applications: from display tubes—which serve as an unbeatable structural component for your point-of-sale displays—to support tubes that reinforce your system packaging to withstand the heaviest loads.
Quarter-sleeve & half-sleeve sleeves
Our quarter-shell and half-shell sleeves are versatile products designed for edge protection. They are ideal for use with standard 1 m³ containers (IBCs) to protect the inner liner from damage caused by packing straps. However, they can also be used to solve a wide range of other packaging tasks. They provide optimal protection for textile load-securing straps as well, preventing damage caused by sharp-edged cargo.
It’s also good to know that, with an existing return system in place, our quarter-shell and half-shell sleeves can be reused multiple times.
In addition, our quarter-shells are used to secure bagged goods and non-rigid packages, such as textile bales, to pallets, as they conform to the shape of the goods being secured.
Sleeve rings
Whether at label or adhesive tape manufacturers, or at manufacturers of textile tapes or films—wherever narrow web materials are wound, UPA PACK core rings are in use. Our core rings are manufactured on state-of-the-art automatic cutting machines, ensuring clean edges and the tightest manufacturing tolerances. We can even produce the smallest dimensions, custom-made to your specifications.
